Surface preparation

Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust and grease by scrapping, sanding and cleaning with water before applying the etch primer.
Rust if any should be sanded to bright metal.
Granular tiles,asbestos fibre cement tiles,clay tile: The dust, dirt, lose granules should be removed by hard bristle brush and water.
Galvanised roof: Dry and prime with Duracoat Etching Primer. Then apply one coat of Duracoat Zinc Phosphate Primer and allow to dry for 24 hours.
Granular tiles,asbestos fibre-cement tiles,clay tiles: Clean as per for Galvanised roof and allow to dry. Apply one coat of Duracoat Pliolite Surface Conditioner and allow to dry
