Surface preparation
  • Ensure that the road surface is free from dust, oil or grease prior to applying the molten thermoplastic.
  • Failure to do this will result in poor adhesion and early film failure
  • Heat the material to 180-200°C in the pre-heater with adequate agitation till it becomes a homogenized liquid
