Duracoat Multipurpose Clear Varnish is a single pack varnish base on Alkyd Modified polyurethane resin to produce tough gloss finish on interior wood work. It is recommended for use as a furniture finish and for general application on new or sanded door panels and frames, counter timber pelmets, skirting boards and wall partitions.

Surface preparation

All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free from dusts, grease or any loose material.
All traces of Wax or Oil should be removed by power sanding particularly if wax had been used on the surface before.
The moisture content should not exceed 12% prior to coating.
Apply one coat of Basco NC Sanding sealer. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours.
Sand the surface using emery paper ,wipe of the dust and dirt before applying top coat
